What if I need to Reschedule my date?

No problem! If you realize that you may need to reschedule, please contact us and we would be apply to reschedule the date. There will be no penalties or change fees.

Are your delivery times delayed?

Nope, Delivery times are still on track. You will receive your videos within our normal industry leading delivery time frames which is 30 to 90 days.

Will your Awesome shooters be following health regulations and guidelines?

We care about the health and safety of everyone involved in your event. From our shooters, to your friends and family, we want to do our part to ensure that everyone stays safe. As a result, our shooters will stay up to date and follow local guidelines at all times.

What would happen if I need to cancel my wedding?

Your deposit will be 100% refunded to you if you need to cancel your wedding date due to Covid-19
